Payment Options
The doctors at the Northeast Indiana Veterinary Emergency & Specialty hospital take great care to communicate openly about related costs and will provide detailed treatment plans and options during the consultation. We will do our best to work within the budget you have established for your pet’s care and keep you up-to-date on the status of your bill. If your pet requires hospitalized care then a deposit of half the estimated treatment plan is required prior to starting treatment.
Any balance still due when care is complete is payable upon discharge. Due to the unexpected nature of emergencies and the potential costs for advanced care, financial assistance may be necessary. Many clients are able to discuss treatment options with family members and friends and obtain financial help. We accept many forms of payment, and resources for financial assistance that are listed below.
